चरण-1
सबसे पहले वेबसाइट bhulekh.up.nic.in पर जाएं।
चरण-2
वेबसाइट के बाईं ओर बने कॉलम में दी गई जिलों में अपने जिले के नाम पर क्लिक करें।
चरण-3
जिले की सूची के बाद बनी तहसीलों की सूची से अपनी तहसील के नाम पर क्लिक करें।
चरण- 4
इसके बाद सबसे दाईं ओर बनी सूची में अपने गाँव के नाम पर क्लिक करें और फिर उसके ठीक ऊपर लिखे आगे
पर क्लिक करें।
चरण-5
अब एक नया पेज खुलेगा। अपनी खसरा खतौनी या खाता संख्या याद हो तो इस पेज पर इनके आगे बने गोलाकार
बिंदुओं पर क्लिक करके खोजें पर क्लिक करें,
आप चाहें तो अपने नाम से भी अपने भूलेख का खोज सकते हैं। खसरा संख्या और खाता संख्या के लिये
दी गई जगह पर लिखने के लिए नीचे दिए गए अंकों वाले बॉक्स पर क्लिक करें और नाम से खोजने के लिये नीचे दिये गये
अक्षरों पर क्लिक करके अपना नाम लिखें।
चरण- 6
आपकी ज़मीन के भूलेख अब आपके सामने हैं। आप इसका प्रिंट आउट भी ले सकते हैं।

"अपना बिजली बिल ऑनलाइन भुगतान करने के लिए यहां  क्लिक करें"
